Le domaine
\nDomaine repris en 2016.
\n23 hectares , 13 c\u00e9pages dans le plus grand respect du sol , de la plante et du raisin. <\/p>\n

Les vignes
\nDu riesling derni\u00e8rement plant\u00e9 au grenache centenaire , le vignoble n’est pas destin\u00e9e \u00e0 faire de gros rendements mais donne des raisins d’une tr\u00e8s belle qualit\u00e9.
\nNous sommes peu interventionniste dans les vignes , les traitements sont tr\u00e8s souvent “maison” avec des Huiles essentielles, des purain ou encore des pr\u00e9parations. <\/p>\n

La vinification
\nNous sommes la aussi encore une fois, peu interventionniste .
\nPas de mac\u00e9ration carbonique , pas de sur extraction . Quelques remontages tout au plus. <\/p>\n

Les vins
\nLes diff\u00e9rentes cuv\u00e9es sont amener \u00e0 changer car nous essayons diff\u00e9rents assemblages et m\u00e9thodes.
\nDu blanc de mac\u00e9ration (4 mois) au m\u00e9lange de 9 c\u00e9pages sur un vin qui n’est ni un blanc , pas vraiment un ros\u00e9 et encore moins un rouge , nous innovons .<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
